General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, classes, lessons, events, and purchases offered by GNR Dance. By purchasing or participating in any GNR Dance services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases are non-refundable. Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or debit, unless otherwise specified for certain programs or events.

Private Lessons & Packages

Private lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance and confirmed by GNR Dance.

Unused lessons that expire are not refundable.

Private lessons and lesson packages are non-transferable. A one-time bulk transfer of unused lessons may be approved in exceptional circumstances, including death, permanent relocation, or disability, and must be requested in writing. Approval is at the discretion of GNR Dance and applies only to a single transfer to one individual.

Group Classes

All group class purchases are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled group class or misses any portion of a course, no refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided, and missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.

Group classes offered through third-party organizations, including recreation programs, are subject to the registration, refund, and cancellation policies of those organizations.

Packages & Discounts

Select lesson packages may include built-in savings of 5%, 10%, or 15%, depending on the package size. Package discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations & Attendance

Private lesson cancellations or rescheduling require advance notice. Missed lessons or late cancellations may be considered forfeited. Specific cancellation requirements may be communicated at the time of booking.

At GNR Dance, we value open and respectful communication. If you have any concerns, questions, or requests regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address them thoughtfully and professionally.

Physical Activity Disclaimer

Participation in dance lessons, classes, and events involves physical movement and carries inherent risk. By participating, individuals acknowledge responsibility for their own health, physical condition, and well-being.

Changes to Services

Schedules, pricing, instructors, programs, and offerings are subject to change without notice.

Third-Party Services

GNR Dance is not responsible for policies, transactions, or services provided by third-party platforms or organizations, including external registration systems, venues, or booking services.
